Found: Looking for a deal on an 850 Front Wheel Hub

Post by PaulB » Fri Aug 01, 2014 10:07 pm

I managed to strip a wheel bolt out of my front hub at FFO this year.
I don't need the spindle, or hardware, but the bolt hole threads must be good.
Anyone have a wheel hub for a Series 2 850?

Found! And 40mm bolts with Cromodora rims.

Got one! Jonathan Ranney hooked me up.
Additionally after taking some more precise measurements I purchased and installed a set of 40mm shank bolts for my fronts.
I have Cromodora CD4s mounted with 165R70 Champiro GTs.
I had to double up the "Stock" 5mm wheel spacer (10mm) to get them to fit nicely, then promptly forgot about the change : o
The 34mm shank bolts were barely giving me 3-4 threads of engagement.
The 40s went in fine, and ought to use all of the hub engagement with maybe a smidge more.
Spinning the tires by hand, I haven't felt any interference. I'm hoping to run them tonight.
