Ciao, Fiat Club America - Florida!

We'd like to invite you to join Regional Contact Jason "Tiki" Tackett and bring your classic or contemporary Fiat, Lancia, or Alfa Romeo vehicle out for a ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME meet up opportunity at the Walt Disney World Speedway!

If you've not yet joined us for one of our meet ups or events, this would be a great time to come on out! We'll only be able to do this one ONCE!

The Walt Disney World Speedway, home of the Richard Petty Driving Experience, will be closing it's gates at the beginning of August after 20 years of excitement. Fiat Club America - Florida has been invited to be their final organized group event at a special "Parade Lap" track session from 12:00pm until 2:00pm on Saturday, May 23rd!

We'll be meeting in the parking lot of the Goodings grocery store at Crossroads shopping center in Lake Buena Vista at 10:00am with a "roll out" time of 11:00am

The cost per car is just $35.00 and includes the following:

- Three (3) "parade laps" on the track led by an official Pace Car
- Professional action photo of your car crossing the finish line
- Special speedway photo plaque/frame for your action photo
Following our parade laps, we'll have special parking on their victory lawn next to the track for a car show. Feel free to bring a fold-up chair and a cooler full of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for yourself or to share with the group and we'll hang out for a bit while watching (or participating in) the Richard Petty Driving Experience NASCAR cars take to the track!

We'd like to ask that you please RSVP and confirm your participation for this event via our EVENT page so we can give the Petty team an accurate number of cars.

We gave them a conservative count of 10 cars... Wanna see if we can double that number? wink emoticon

*This meet up is open to members and non-members driving classic or contemporary Fiat, Lancia, or Alfa Romeo vehicles only.

**Drivers participating in the track experience will be required to sign paperwork prior to the track experience. If you aren't planning on driving with the group to the track, please be on time so you may take care of your paperwork.

***No previous race experience required. All driving levels and abilities should be able to participate in this event without any problem. If your car can handle the freeway, you can handle this event.

****We're working on a rain plan, which might mean moving the event to the following day or following weekend. We won't be able to make "the call" until the day of, so please watch the event's page during the 24 hours leading up to the meet up.
