I don't see any affiliation whatsoever with FCA (refer to main web page) why are you using this site to promote another club?

Hi all,
Thad Krik added the Ontario Fiat Club as a Regional Partner in an e-mail to me and our club on Feb 12/2015. In the sprite of mutual cooperation to grow Fiat enthusiasts in this area, we also added FCA to our web-site, as agreed to with Thad. I have the e-mail trail confirming this. I can't tell you why we no longer appear on the FCA page. This is a question, perhaps technical to ask Thad and FCA's web-master. As far as I know our status has not changed. I was not informed that our status within FCA had changed in anyway. Sorry for the confusion. However, in any case, your welcome to come out to any and all of events as well. We put together an excellent number of events last year and will be doing the same again next season. Come out and join us...the more the better it is for all us Fiat enthusiasts!

If that works for you and you like things extremely simply, almost to the point of non-existent....go for it!

However, I can tell you there is an ever growing body of Fiat and Italian car enthusiasts looking for more in a club. A local, open and inclusive club, with a logo, a web-site, and a Facebook page. More importantly, a comprehensive schedule of local drives and major local events were all Italian cars come together, like Italian Car Day, which is right here in the GTA and other major events in Montreal and Ottawa, with our partner clubs.
We're open to all...no politics from our side!

Hope to see you at one of our events and you should really look at coming out to Italian Car Day...it's a super event!

Best regards,

Why such an axe to grind?
Now your the one with the politics...
I think every Italian Car enthusiast would agree, the more events the better for all of us and the Italian car scene as a whole.
If you don't want to participant that's fine....to each his own.
However, if you do decide to come out, you will be more then welcomed by our group.

Best regards,

This is what happens when you as the Ontario Fiat Club provide an alternative to the same old stale repetitive things that’s have been happening in Toronto for the last 15years.

First year out of the box, you provided a web site for all your members, something most FCA chapters have not provided there members, regardless of the chapter guideline.

You have worked with all the other Italian car clubs, not only in Toronto but also Montreal and Ottawa to bring all Italian car enthusiasts together.

Working with these clubs, you helped to organise 14 Successful event your first year ! Unheard-of in the 10 years I’ve been a Toronto chapter member.

Helping to raise awareness for charities like Safehaven, Million Dollar Smile and signing up over 100 members, the Ontario Fiat Club has set the standard for all other FCA chapter.

Unfortunately some of these chapters feel threatened by your success instead of embarrassing your dedication and passion .

Congratulations and keep up the good work.

The AMICI ( Associazione Motori Italiano Canada Insieme ) association of Canadian Italian Car Club meet in Kingston Ontario on Sunday November 8, 2015

Toronto was represented by Italian Car Day, Fiat Club of Ontario, and Alfa Romeo Club (Toronto Chapter) and the Ferrari Club (Ontario Chapter)

As well as all the Italian car clubs located in Montreal and Ottawa, in total there were 25 representative present for this meeting.

Looking back at the success of 2015, the first year that all three cities worked together to improve the Italian car enthusiasts experience.

We are working together to being the three cites closer together and provide events for the entire family to enjoy.

We also all agreed that every cities events should include a local charity to give back to the community.

This past Friday, Italian Car Day presented a cheque in the amount of $40,000 to the Safehaven Project for Community Living at their annual Gala event.

This amount represents all the raffle tickets sales submitted before the gala, t-shirt and hat sales and includes all the ICD event registration money collected.
What’s more, an additional $10,000 in raffle tickets were sold at the gala bringing the total to $50,000.

Over the past 5 years Italian Car Day has raised over $200,000 for The Safehaven Project for Community Living. With your support, we will continue to help this wonderful organization provide their life changing services to children in need.

A special thank you to all the members of the Ontario Fiat Club, Pro Italia Motor Club, Alfa Romeo Club Toronto chapter and Ferrari Club Canada East Chapter, for their support.
