wiper motor - part 2

I was able to find a used wiper motor on eBay for a really decent price. But now the clock, tach, fuel gauge and oil light don't work. I think it is because the mechanic did something to the fuses when he was trying to diagnose the wiper motor problem. (He said he tried to replace a fuse). Are these 4 items all related? Can 1 fuse control all 4 ? Any suggestions? Thank you

fuses can be touchy.
the holder and fuse contact point can be tarnished to the point of little or no contact.
if the fuse holder is handled roughly or has seen heat, the "spring" temper may have been lost.
fuses them selves are easily damaged.

inspect all.
if you suspect a week fuse holder, use a rubber band to squeeze the holder fingers together once you have installed the fuse.
