This morning I stumbled across a website that some of you may be interested in.

etceterini.com

From the author's welcome page: "By definition etceterinis are hand made small displacement Italian racing cars which were produced from the late 1940's to the early 1960's. Most of these beautiful one off cars used Fiat running gear and had their own chassis, hand hammered aluminum bodies . . . "

Definitely an interesting site. Wish the author had spent more time on the Moretti brand, as there is a VAST variety of Moretti models he did not begin to discuss or even show in pictures.

Did anyone see the two Moretti at FFO '08 ?? The owner was a very interesting guy to chat with. He sure was proud of his cars.

was very fun looking at all the different models.

The Morettis were Tim and Sharon Turner's cars. They have quite a collection of Morettis at their place in Vermont. Last year Tim brought his Spotriva to the maine Fiat weekend. What a tiny, cool car!

Talking to tim is always fun, he's an interesting and entertaining fellow. Looking forward to seeing him again this year. Wonder what he'll bring?

Tim told me at dinner last year that he has the largest Morretti collection around. That Sportiva is beautiful. There are a lot of Dino styling cues there.I was up front last year when they pulled in.5 full size people in that little ,teeny car...it was quite a entrance!
